		<description>I believe most international airline rules are tit for tat. In other words if the US doesn't allow a foreign carrier to overfly its territory then that airline's host country retaliates with American flights being prevented from overflying their territory. It's done for a reason of course and that is to make it too difficult or too expensive for countries to get away with such egregious behaviour. Obviously Americans in their typical arrogant manner have been getting away with this kind of disruptive and foolish behaviour for much too long. Let them start to pay for their breaking of international treaties.</description>
